Please read these terms carefully. These terms apply to any use of the Website, whether you register or not. However, as part of the registration process you will be required to confirm that you have read and understood these terms by ticking a box on the registration form.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you refuse to accept these terms, you should immediately cease to access and\/or use the Website in any matter.<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of the Website, owned and managed by LOOP Design Awards, is to provide a platform for architects, designers, and all those professionals involved in architecture and interior design, to submit work to the annual LOOP Design Awards (the \u201cServices\u201d). \n\t\t1. ACCESS TO THE SERVICES.\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\n\t\t\n<\/div>

LOOP Design Awards will provide the Services as described in the Website and is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. All the services provided by LOOP Design Awards are selected by you, only for your own use, and not for the use or benefit of any third parties. The services may include, but not limited to, photographs, texts, graphics, images, drawings, sketches and other materials associated with the projects, also known as \u2018Content\u2019.<\/p>\n

LOOP Design Awards may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, including any Content for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature, content, database, materials or projects. LOOP may also establish limits on certain features and services or even restrict your access to part or all of the Services without prior notice or liability.<\/p>\n

LOOP Design Awards reserves the right to modify this Agreement or the Content at any time by posting a notice on this Website, by sending you a notice via email. All your use of the Services and Website following the modifications, constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.<\/p>\n

LOOP Design Awards will make all acceptable efforts to assure that the Website and Services are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. There will be some occasions when Services or\/and Website will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or emergency repairs. LOOP Design Awards will take all possible steps to minimise any disruption that is within our limited control.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t2. PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY.\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\n\t\t\n<\/div>

The LOOP Design Awards are open to all professionals involved in Architecture Design, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Product Design, Concept Design, Graphic Design, Architecture Photography and Architecture Video. Student entries are accepted for submission only in the Concept Category. LOOP accepts Professional entries in all the award categories.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The LOOP Design Awards is an international awards program and participants of all nationalities are welcome.<\/span><\/p>\n

All the Architecture, Interior and Product entries submitted to LOOP must be projects <\/span>completed in the past five years<\/span>. Landscape Design entries must be projects finished in the past ten years.
\nConcept Design, Architecture Photography and Architecture Video entries are not time limited.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”30px”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/3″]

\n\t\t3. REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF PROJECTS.\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\n\t\t\n<\/div>

LOOP Design Award is designed as a complete online platform for the convenience of the participants by entering and uploading all the works online in a simple and easy process. All the entries are made through our online entry system.<\/p>\n

Step 1. Register online at LOOP Design Awards<\/span>
\nRegister with all personal information \u2013 First name, Last name and email.
\nSelect your username \u2013 it will not be visible in your profile.
\nChoose your password and read the Terms & Conditions \/ Privacy Policy
\nProceed with Registration
\nAfter registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.<\/p>\n

Step 2. After registration, select your Nomination Pack<\/span>
\nWe created the NOMINATION PACKS to simplify all the process and to give the opportunity to benefit of a discount up to 25% in multiple entries Nomination Pack.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT NOTE: All the nomination packs are valid until the end of submission deadline on 31st July. You are able to buy the NOMINATION PACKS now and submit your works later, until the end of the final deadline.
\nIf you miss the final deadline of 31st July to submit your entries to LOOP Design Awards, we are not able to include your works or refund the amount.<\/p>\n

After selecting your NOMINATION PACK, you will be redirected to payment gateway. All payments are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted \u2013 Paypal or Credit Card Stripe Gateway.<\/p>\n

After Processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to start submitting your entries to LOOP Design Awards.<\/p>\n

Step 3. Submit your entries to LOOP Design Awards<\/span>
\nAfter the payment confirmation, you will be able to submit your entries in the \u201cSubmit an entry\u201d page.<\/p>\n

After submitting your entry, our review team will check all the information and approve for Jury voting. You can check your entry status in your User Account page. We will get in contact if needed.<\/p>\n

You may enter one entry to one of the 150 categories available. Each entry have to be assigned to a single category.
\nYou may submit one project \/ work to multiple categories but you will have to submit it multiple times as different entries. LOOP Design Awards reserves the right to move entries to other categories if it is clearly appropriate to do so. \n\t\t5. COPYRIGHTS AND PROPERTY OF MATERIALS.\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\n\t\t\n<\/div>
\n\n\t

The copyrights and ownership of the works and materials submitted to LOOP Design Awards (including but not limited to photography, video, drawings, and texts) remain with the respective applicant at all times. By submitting these works, the applicant grants LOOP Design Awards the rights to use and publish the materials for purposes directly related to the competition and its associated services, including the promotion of the award, the participants, and the winners. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary rights to grant such usage, including, but not limited to, rights to photographs and videos.<\/p>\n

The applicant shall bear sole responsibility for any damages incurred by LOOP Design Awards due to insufficient or invalid usage rights and agrees to indemnify LOOP Design Awards from any claims or liabilities arising from such violations upon first request. The applicant is not entitled to any usage fee for the materials submitted.<\/p>\n

All photographs submitted must include proper credits to the photographer. The applicant is solely liable for any damages or claims from third parties due to inaccuracies or errors in the information provided, and shall indemnify LOOP Design Awards from such claims upon first request.<\/p>\n

Applicants also acknowledge that any image submitted to LOOP Design Awards may be used by LOOP for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to exhibitions, print, and digital media, without entitlement to monetary compensation. \n\t\t8. JURY AND SELECTION PROCESS.\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\n\t\t\n<\/div>
\n\n\t

The LOOP Design Awards Winners are carefully selected by our Honourable and prestigious Jury of recognised Architects, Designers, Professors, Editors, Photographers and Researchers.<\/p>\n

The judging process of the LOOP Design Awards is designed to reflect the great qualities and complexity of all the areas involved – Architecture, Interior design, Landscape design, Product design, Concept design, Graphic Design, Architecture photography and Architecture Video. Our exceptional panel of jurors will be asked to rate and evaluate each of the submitted entries based on their diverse qualities.<\/p>\n

After all entry submissions have been finalised, each Jury member will begin the voting process of the submitted entries. Each judge is allocated entries which match their areas of expertise and all the works will be rated individually on a scale from 1 to 10. The voting process takes places on our dedicated online platform and is hidden from public and is also private to other jurors.<\/p>\n

The votes are processed digitally and automatically rounded to one decimal. In case of a tie with final result, our Jury will be called for a decision.<\/p>\n

All the Category winners and Citation Winners are selected based on their final result on their category. LOOP prestigious Jury will select at least two winners and three Citations for each category.<\/p>\n

LOOP Design Awards will not disclose any of the jury ratings for any individual entry.<\/p>\n\t\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”30px”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/3″]

\n\t\t9. UNACCEPTABLE MATERIAL AND DISQUALIFICATION.\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\n\t\t\n<\/div>

Entries that contain or promote pornographic content, propagate hate speech, make defamatory statements, or are otherwise deemed to be exceptionally offensive will be disqualified from the competition without the possibility of a refund.<\/p>\n

Additionally, any entry found to be ineligible for any reason may be disqualified at any stage of the competition without prior notification or refund. Under no circumstances shall LOOP Design Awards, its team, members, jurors, or any affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the website, the submission platform, or any of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of use, data, images, user content, profits, business interruptions, or other intangible losses, even if LOOP Design Awards has been advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, LOOP Design Awards shall not be liable for damages arising from unauthorized access, hacking, or alterations to any content, services, or data. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages related to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, viruses, system failures, non-performance of the website, or downloading and posting of content by users or third parties. Either party may terminate the Services at any time by providing notice to the other party through any acceptable means of communication. LOOP Design Awards reserves the right to terminate or suspend any and all Services, as well as access to the Website, immediately and without prior notice, should you violate any terms or conditions outlined in this Agreement.<\/p>\n

Please note that all fees paid to LOOP Design Awards are non-refundable under any circumstances. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Services, the Website, and any associated Content will cease immediately.
